Were off to Wales to camp it up with the guys from work! At one with nature and his surroundings Jay takes us on a trip to a forrest in the heart of Neath! Exploding ciggarette lighters, Full English breakfast, a Walk round the woods (Very Ray Meers!) and Jay builds a toilet! Oh Dear!

It's christmas so Jay is off to Norwich to visit his Aunty and the Family! A short video diary taking you from the Jaycast House, on to Norwich and Wroxham! Only problem is Mr Downtrodden is working the subtitles!
